Biography
Bill Nyman is the professor of theology at Prairie College, located in Three Hills, Alberta Canada. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry at Prairie College and his Master’s degree in Theology at Briercrest Seminary. Bill received his PhD in the field of Dogmatics from North West University at Pochefstroom in South Africa. The dissertation focused on Christian apologetics and is titled, “The Relevance of Calvin, Paschal, and Francis Schaeffer to Postmodern Apologetics.” Bill continues his interests in apologetics while teaching theology to undergraduates at Prairie College.
Bill’s passion is to see young people grow in the faith, who are able and competent to express their faith in whatever vocation they are called. On campus, he actively seeks to mentor young people in their academics and to instill in them an enthusiasm for theological studies.
